川﨑昭（Drums）、新留大介（Piano/Keyboard）、白枝匠充（Piano/Keyboard）によるインストゥルメンタル・バンド。 ポストパンク、ポストハードコア、テクノ・ミニマリズム、現代音楽を横断し、2台のピアノとドラムが生み出す独創的なサウンドと映像演出で国内外から高い評価を得る。 2026年に結成20周年を迎え、今秋、新EP『衝動の肖像 Portrait of Impulse』のリリースを予定。11月5日には東京・Spotify O-EASTにて20周年記念公演を開催する。

mouse on the keys is an instrumental trio featuring Akira Kawasaki (Drums), Daisuke Niitome (Piano/Keyboard), and Takumi Shiraeda (Piano/Keyboard). Fusing post-punk, post-hardcore, techno minimalism, and contemporary music, the band has gained worldwide recognition for its unique interplay of two pianos and drums, combined with striking visual performances. In 2026, mouse on the keys celebrates its 20th anniversary and is set to release its new EP, Portrait of Impulse (衝動の肖像), this autumn. The band will mark the milestone with a special 20th anniversary concert at Spotify O-EAST, Tokyo, on November 5.
